Location: Rowayton, CT

Description: In addition to a master plan for a campus-wide landscape improvements, an adjoining hillside was transformed by a cascading waterfront overlook and pier. Ultimately, it provided for both a place of social gathering and connectivity from the central campus to the adjacent waterfront. The mixed architectural styles provided a challenge to blend the original estate with the new modern workplace.
