Location: Stamford, CT

Description: Landscape Architects for this corporate office development on the Stamford waterfront. Responsible for securing entitlements to completely renovate and expand the building to include a trading floor and fitness facility. Extensive site work to create new parking and circulation along with landscaped courtyards for the main entry and for outdoor dining. Creative use of innovative materials adds a sense of style and quality to the overall site design. The requirement of an extensive ‘Rain Garden’ was embraced as a site amenity and feature.
