Location: Stamford, CT

Description: Landscape architects for this 300-unit luxury rental home development on a harbor front site at the mouth of the Mill River. In addition to residential amenities, the project included the restoration of the waterfront open space and public access amenities. Design included an on-grade path with appropriate lighting and benches, a public plaza, an overhead trellis structure, and landscape restoration. There is also an extensive public boardwalk that leads to the marina slips and connects to a gazebo and fishing pier.
