Location: Bronxville, NY

Description: Located in this 1-square mile suburban village in Southern Westchester, the Bronxville School is nestled into this historic community of grand Tudor residences and estates. This public school, built in 1925, has the distinct reputation as one of the top performing schools in the entire US. We are currently engaged in working with the school and architects to develop a master plan for the entire campus. Our work includes recommendations for improved vehicular access and circulation, integrating architectural improvements, redesign of the several outdoor plazas, improvements to athletic play areas, lighting concepts, and full landscape assessment.
