Description: Landscape Architects for this new waterfront recreational project on the Saugatuck River. A landscaped public waterfront esplanade was created to facilitate public access to the waterfront and loading of various rowing vessels. A deferred parking plan was developed to preserve several mature tree clusters which provide scale and interest to the new, yet traditional building
